Return Policy

To Return a product to Alliance Voice Solutions, please call us at 1 (877) 829=9114 to receive a RMA.

Alliance Voice Solutions product line carries a 30-day return policy. Unopened, this product will receive a full refund, exchange, or store credit. If the product is opened, (not software) there will be a 15% restocking fee. Your credit card will be refunded the difference or you may elect to receive a check, store exchange, or store credit. Please note we verify that the software license key associated with any software purchase is no longer in use when we receive a return. A refund will not be processed until the license key shows zero activation’s.

Returns of software are not allowed if they fall within 30 days of a new version release.

Please Note: All exchanged/returned products must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and all accessories/microphones. For this reason, units that have been severely scratched, abused, or that are missing the original UPC code on the box will not be accepted for return. We can only offer a refund using the form of payment originally used by the customer.

Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! Before you send the product back, please be sure to check that you have not left any of your own accessories in the unit.

Please Note: Alliance Voice Solutions cannot be held responsible for packages until they are delivered to us, so please use a traceable and insured means of shipping (UPS or Fedex) or get Delivery Confirmation and insurance with USPS priority mail. For most returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. For all international returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for freight both ways.

Please check your order as soon as it is received. We allow only 48 hours from time of delivery to make any claims for missing items. If your package arrived open please check contents before you accept the package. Make delivery personnel know of any problems.

Once we receive your product return we will ship your replacement or process your credit within 3-5 business days. When returning a package, please do not initiate a charge back with your credit card company. We will credit your card for your return, and a chargeback will only delay processing of your return. We vigorously work with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute the fraudulent use of credit cards.

Please Note:

If a product is being returned it must be in the same condition that was stated on the RMA form. If the products received are incomplete, missing parts, scratched or damaged (in ways not identified in the RMA), Alliance Voice Solutions reserves the right to refuse crediting the customer’s account and the product will be returned to the customer. Freight and all cost associated with the return will be billed to the customer’s credit card. Alliance Voice Solutions is not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging or lost shipments. If your product arrived damaged in transit, it is best to refuse delivery and/or return it to the freight carrier. Please inform Alliance Voice Solutions of such shipping problems so that you won’t be held responsible for the refusal. Once you accept the package, Alliance Voice Solutions will no longer be responsible for its condition.
