How do we protect your information?
This site is hosted on a secured server that does not allow access to the public. Firewalls passwords, and encryption technology protect the information about our clients and members we collect and store.
What about “cookies”?
“Cookies” are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. We do not place any cookies on your computer or record any information about our visitors other than anonymous technical data used for statistical purposes only.
Will Alliance Voice Solutions disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
Alliance Voice Solutions does not sell, trade, rent or publish your personal information to any third party. Alliance Voice Solutions may provide anonymous aggregate statistics about our members, site traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third parties, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.
Alliance Voice Solutions may release member information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our client/member agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Alliance Voice Solutions, our clients, members or others.
Alliance Voice Solutions is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on our site to assist our clients and our members. We do not sell, trade, rent or publish any personal information.
Alliance Voice Solutions also may provide links to other sites of interest to our clients. The privacy policies of these linked sites are the responsibility of the linked site and Alliance Voice Solutions has no control or influence over their policies, other than the voluntary adherence to our suggested privacy policies. Please check the policies of each site you visit for specific information. Alliance Voice Solutions cannot be held liable for damage or misdoings of other sites linked or otherwise.
Questions and Feedback
Any unopened products can be returned, including software, within 30 days of shipment with copy of original receipt.
All defective products and hardware will be replaced and backed by manufacturer’s warranty. All returns must be pre-authorized by Alliance Practice Management and an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number is required – please call to have an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number issued.
There are no returns on opened software and/or downloaded software. Defective or missing CD-ROMS and/or headsets will be replaced.
ALL returns must include ALL original packaging, in original condition, with all accessories, hardware, and/or software with pre-authorized RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Any request of refund is processed within 7 days.
