✔️ 30-Day Return Policy: Unopened products are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
✔️ Opened Products (Excluding Software): Subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit or a check within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

❌ Returns of software are not allowed if they fall within 30 days of a new version release.

13. Return Conditions & Requirements

❌ Severely scratched, damaged, or missing items (such as UPC codes) will not be accepted for return.
